  For Florida marriage licenses and related information, contact the courthouse in the county you are located in. A marriage license in Florida is issued by a county court judge or a clerk of the circuit court. Marriage license application is valid for 60 days.

  The marriage license fee is $93.50. Couples who have completed a state sanctioned marriage preparation course within the past year are entitled to a discount of $32.50. Accepted forms of payment are cash.

• Out of state residents
  Are you arriving in Florida on a weekend, or having trouble getting to the court for any other reason? We can help you get a Florida marriage license in advance, by mail. You will need to start 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. Just let us know, we can help.
• International visitors
  We can provide an apostil from your country's consulate to legalize your union at home.
